 INGREDIENTS

Mutton

500 gm

Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp

Ginger

Garlic

Onion (Big)

2 (Chopped)

Dry Red Chilli

2 (broken)

Pepper Corn

8-10

Oil

100 gm

Salt

 METHOD

 

1. Wash Mutton and marinade with ginger/garlic paste for 30 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, chopped ginger, garlic and red chilli. Fry until golden brown in color.

3. Add mutton and pepper corn and fry for a few minutes.

4. Pour 1 cup water and cover and cook.

5. Cook until mutton becomes tender and then stir fry until all moisture evaporates.

6. Serve with hot rice or chapati.
