1. Marinate chicken pieces with all ingredients for 2-3 Hours.
2. Then Skew chicken pieces in skewer.
3. Roast on open charcoal fire
4. Serve hot with salad.
Note: Like most of us you won't have open charcoal fire. No problem, the broiler in your oven is like an upside down grill. Put it in middle rack and fire up the broiler.
