1. Wash Prawn, drain water thoroughly and pat dry
2. Remove juice from coconut with 2 cup warm water
3. Heat oil in a kadhai, fry prawn to pink color. Remove from fire and keep aside
4. Fry half of the sliced onion in same oil until golden brown
5. Add remaining onion slices, chilli, turmeric powder and salt. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
6. Pour coconut juice and mix fried prawns. Cover and cook until all moisture has evaporated.
7. Stir fry until oil separates, and sprinkle garam masala.
8. Serve with plain boiled rice.
